I want to return an item I purchased.

Fill out the form if you regret your purchase and want to make use of your 14-day right of return. If you have multiple orders from which you want to return items, please fill out this form once for each order.

NOTE: This form is only for returning items where you have regretted the purchase. If you have a complaint, you must use this form. Complaint

At Egelys.com, we give all our customers the full right of return within 14 days, in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. To exercise your right of return, you must report your return within 14 days. In this case, the return period has expired, and we refer to our terms and conditions, which are both stated on the website and in connection with the completed purchase. We therefore do not want your item(s) returned.
The original packaging of the goods
According to our terms of trade, the original packaging represents a value for the item. The original packaging is the actual product packaging and not the shipping packaging (e.g. a brown cardboard box).
Based on the information you have provided us here, we consider the product/packaging to be in such a condition that we cannot resell the product as new. Therefore, we will probably not be able to credit you with the full purchase price. We therefore assess whether a returned item is saleable and may only credit a portion of the purchase price. This may in practice mean that a return will be a loss for both parties. Please DO NOT tape directly onto the manufacturer's packaging, including masking tape. Instead, wrap items in newspapers, plastic bags, etc.
